YOGA!! Basic Flow Yoga!! YUMMMM! And half an hour on the treadmill.

Remember have fun with your exercise! Tell your body you LOVE it!! The sweat! The burn!! The stretch! Ahhhh! Love exercise! Love your body! Love to move! And one day your body will wake up excited to start!!
