Wed- Free Flow Yoga!

Thursday - 3 mile run run run.

Friday - Deni Preston Yoga, balancing focus!! It really stretched out those sore muscles!

Saturday is a 7 mile run! Am excited!!

Sweat on, friends! It's sooooooooooo good for you!
