Wednesday/Thursday!

Wednesday is what the kids call "Squich Day" - because we squish so much into it :) I ran on the treadmill for an hour yesterday.

Thursday- Treadmill for an hour and a half! ANd weights!! And when you do the bi's ya gotta do the tri's!! Gonna stretch and get into the day!! I may start wearing the ankle weight around the house though- any thoughts on this??

Sweat on!!

  1. Sure Christina, I will give you thoughts on this subject! The straight answer is DON"T do it! It harms the joints. Also, takes your body out of alignment, especially your gait. Your toning occurs after your cardio. If you are wanting to add weight to your workout, ONLY use weighted vests, the weight is distributed evenly so no repercussions later.
